Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Policy

• The consultation fee or follow-up consultation fee is paid before entering the doctor's session, whether as a standalone charge or as part of a follow-up package.
• For body-contouring and dermatology services, payment is collected after the consultation and before the session is performed.

Laser hair removal sessions:

• Pay-per-flash: payment is collected after the session.
• Packages or full-area bookings: payment is collected before the session begins. A package may also be purchased immediately after a single-flash session is completed.
• Products: payment is collected in full before the product is handed over to the client.
• For all services, the consultation is conducted by the relevant specialist doctor before any procedure to confirm suitability, and the consultation fee is charged separately from the treatment fee.
• Clients are entitled to one free follow-up consultation within one month of the original consultation date, applies to dermatology consultations only.
• If more than 3 months have passed since the original consultation, the client must repeat the consultation and pay the consultation fee again.
• All published prices are inclusive of VAT. Installment plans are available via Value, and payment may be made by Visa or InstaPay at all branches.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only for services that have been paid for but not yet performed. Refunds are not permitted for any service that has already been carried out.
• No refund will be issued for any service once 60 days have passed since the date of purchase.
• Refunds for payments made by Visa are subject to a 2% deduction from the original paid amount.
• When refunding an offer or a package, sessions already used are valued and deducted at their original pre-discount price before the refundable balance is calculated.
